Fall Fun!!!!

What better than to play in a huge pile of leaves????

To witness it & see it through your child's eyes is the only thing I can I think of!!!

This past Saturday was truly awesome to say the least!

Jeremy & Brax literally played outside all day & loved every minute of it!!!

They raked leaves then jumped in them then raked some more and

then jumped in them again & again!!!

Look closely at the gray toboggan in the leaves, yes it's Braxton!

I was able to witness the fun that these two had all day long! As you can see by all the smiles in the pictures they had a "ton of fun!" I have to admit that I smiled & laughed more than I have in a while just standing at the window watching the two of them.

One can only imagine the conversation that was taking place!

He really likes leaves to, so much that he tends to eat them....A LOT!!!

Hudson is growing so fast it's hard to believe that

a half of a year has come & gone!

Our little guys is quite the act....

Hudson is honestly the best baby I know and I am in no way bias either!

Hudson has accomplished sitting up by himself and rolling all over the place. He loves to eat solid foods with Avocado being his favorite! I am guessing he weighs between 18 & 19 lbs and is 26 inches tall. We go for his check up next week so I will update the stats then. Hudson's personality is.... well he's a ham to say the least! Always smiling and cooing and might I add he's a snuggler too! It's sooooo GREAT!!!!

Over the past six months we as a family have grown closer because of Hudson!

Jer & I have have witnessed many firsts with our boys as well as a love that only brothers know & have! Hudson loves his big brother Braxton and Braxton loves Hudson. I can not think of a morning that has went by without hearing "hey buddy, I love you" come out of Braxton's mouth. Hudson LOVES to watch every move B makes! It soothes my heart as a mom to know that my kids love each other so much!

Thank you God for Happy Healthy Boys & more so thank you for the love we share for each other as a family! We are truly blessed!

I have a new hobby!!!

Painting!!!!!

On of my friends, Anna, introduced me to Canvas by U which is totally fun as well as addicting!

Anna, Kim, & I went to Atlantic Station for "Art in the Park" to paint these festive pumpkins!

So much fun & surprisingly easy! One of the coolest things about this is that you really do not need to to know how to paint (or be that crafty) yet your picture turns out pretty good, except for my vines that look like witches hair. That's our joke about my pumpkins & their vines!!

Thrilling Three's Carnival!

This year at Braxton's school all the three year old classes participated in

a carnival put on by the teachers & parent volunteers!

Of course i was one of the volunteers & I am so glad that I was able to to do this. The kids were adorable and I got to witness Brax & all his friends have lots of fun!

There were seven different stations set up around the gym and all of the kids were able to do crafts and play games with the parent volunteers at each station!

Brax was so proud of his pumpkin that he picked from the pretend pumpkin patch. After picking the pumpkins the kids were able to decorate them any & every way they wanted!

This station was hard for the kids because it involved oreos skittles liquorish.....

They all wanted to eat the cookies and candy..... well some actually did!

The carnival was a great idea and lots of fun! Brax along with myself and all of his friends seem to to really enjoy themselves! We are so thankful for a great school!

Creeekside had their annual fall and yet again it was so stinking cute!

All of the children come to school dressed in their costumes and march form the front of the school to the back and all the parents crowd around the sidewalk admiring them.

This year Brax is Batman and he LOVES being Batman.

He had to be the cutest kid in the parade, of course I am bias but we are supposed to be. When Braxton came out of the front doors he had his chest poked out with his hands on his hips, SO FUNNY!! Jer & I cracked up! we have no idea who told him to do this but whoever it was they did a great job!

We went to the pumpkin patch with some of Braxton's buddies from school, Brooks, Calloway Hunter, & Emily. All of the kids had a blast running around and sitting on the pumpkins.

the boys all played chase through the pumpkins, I think they do this a lot at

school because they seem to be pretty good at chasing Hunter!

We also took them on the hay ride which they all enjoyed and were very cute sitting in the back of the trailer by themselves!

We had our first fall fun day with our friends, the Warners!

Jennifer Brooks & Calloway invited us over to paint pumpkins.

Needless to say we had a blast!!!

We went to Catch Air for a play-date today with one of Braxton's friends from school. Hudson decided he wanted to participate as well so he had to ride on this airplane.

I am not sure what he's thinking here but he seems to be having a good time!

This little guy is so fun. He is the most laid back child I have ever been around. I thought Braxton was chill but Hudson has blown him out of the water. It's so much fun to have to have two boys and I love them both to pieces!!! Each of them bring me so much joy that I do not know how to even describe it, besides it's purely AWESOME!!!!

Carrots!!!!!

Today was a first for both Hudson & I.

He ate carrots which I made and this was

my first go at homemade baby food.

I am going to try to make all of Hudson's baby food.

We started this past weekend with bananas. He took really well to those & now

we are moving on to carrots, the first thing I have had to cook.

Looks as if they turned out pretty good!!!!

I boiled a bag of whole carrots then mashed them up & placed what you see in the bowl

and the rest in cute little storage containers. It was both different & fun!

Different: because I fed Braxton store bought food. Another reason it was different is worry factor of "did I do it right?" How hard could it be, well that's what I thought to until I began reading info on making baby food. I learned that carrots are filled with Nitrates that are harmful to infants. I learned that you must NOT use the water you cooked the carrots in that you must use clean water or formula to make them the right consistency to eat.

Fun: because it's something new for me and I am interested in making Hudson a diverse eater from the start! It's also much healthier & more cost efficient!

I am not sure what that face is....

It looks as if he may not like them but he ate the entire bowl

so I am pretty sure he likes carrots at least for now.

I am eager to learn more about making baby food and more so interested in feeding Hudson things you can't get from store bought food. I will keep you posted on how it's going and what's next on the little man's menu!!!!

I can not believe three months has already past. It has been so wonderful to see Hudson grow and become his own little self. He's got a great personality and he's fun to be around. Hudson is giggling & rolling over from both his belly to his stomach and his tummy to his back. We really enjoy cheering him on while he rolls all over the place!

Just look at this big guy, he's ready for his big day in his new class, the three year old room with Mrs. Julie & Mrs. Kathie! This year was much different than the past two due to Brax being completely ready to go to school. There was no hesitancy at all to be on his way.

He even picked out his clothes, "mom I need to ware gym shorts & my football jersey" who could argue with that!! It wasn't my first choice but you learn to let them have Independence and certainly to pick & choose battles!

We are very blessed to have the opportunity to send Brax to Creekside Christian Academy now for the third year. We are pleased with his teachers and love the fact that Brax LOVES school, his friends, and his teachers.

help Brooke make a dirt cake. So the fun began!

Our annual family vacation was yet again a blast.

Grandma & Grandpa took all of us to St. George Island once again.

We all had a great time doing a few different things but mostly just chilling!!

This was, of course Hudson's first experience at the beach

and as you will see his feelings were pretty neutral.

Jer took Brax to his first real baseball game

and as you can see it was a real hit with Brax!

They had a fantastic time together cheering on the team and buying lots of goodies!!!!

Brax was easily the number one fan that night at the looks of his attire

& the way he cheered the players on.

Jeremy said there was only one issue and that was Chopper the Bear, the team mascot.

Brax was not and I mean not having anything to do with him. He didn't like the bear what-so-ever! Although the bear was not a hit the tomahawk chop was and Brax loved doing it!

Brax came home with all kinds of prizes for himself as well as the rest of us.

He had to buy both Hudson & I shirt and daddy a hat and I think Brax bought himself one of everything in the store!!!

Brax loves playing baseball. Now that he has a helmet and a "real Jersey" he is set!

Not to mention he looks super cute sporting all of his gear!

I love the fact that Jer did this with Brax, this is one of the billion reasons why I love Jeremy! He is a great dad who wants to spend time with his boys.

Our fourth was filled with lots of fun...

We went to the mountain house with all the Glaze's

and were blessed to have Bekki, Katie, Aunt Faye & Genine (one of Carly's friends) come to.

Rainforest Summer Camp

Brax attended Rainforest Summer Camp at his school.

One day he came with his face painted like this, it's a fish!!!

He really enjoyed himself this week with Mrs. Sherrie & all of his friends!

They got to go on ride through the rainforest (a trailer around the parking lot of school) to see all the different animals that live in the rainforest. The made lots of art projects and even got to hold turtles, lizards and see a snake!!!

Hudson's birth was highly anticipated by all but I think Braxton was the most anxious

to be the first to hold his new baby brother!!!

We told B that he could be the very first one to hold Hudson & that made him very excited.

The new Big Brother was happy when he finally got to get Hudson in his arms!

Braxton did a wonderful job by jumping right in and taking charge. He was thrilled to finally meet his brother and get to hold him!

He weighed in at 9.2lbs & 21 inches long.

A child is a true miracle from God & we are so thankful that He has blessed us with the opportunity to grow our family!

Saturday Morning baseball....

Brax has turned into quite the little baseball player.

We are working on his skills and mostly having fun but are hopeful to find a team for him to play on this fall. He thoroughly enjoys going to his cousins baseball games and playing in the yard with dad. He wants to play in a real game, his own game & have everyone come to watch him so bad. Needless to say we can not wait for that time to come!!!

Green Eggs & Ham!!!!

I am Sam I am.....

Today was an awesome day. We all slept in to start the day off & then daddy

had a special treat lined up for he & Brax.

You guessed it GREEN EGGS & HAM!!!!

Brax has really enjoyed this book for the past few days and last night while reading to him daddy had this great idea to make green eggs & ham for breakfast. Brax was all about the green eggs & ham last night and even when Jer was making it this morning but when it came to eat the green stuff Brax was not so sure about it!

However, after daddy & I ate our plates full of the green goo and much bribing, Jer finally got Braxton to try the green eggs & ham and he loved it just like Sam I am!!!!

Braxton took the book literally, he was showing us where Sam says he does not like them. This is why we think that B didn't like them until he tried them as well. It just took Brax a lot longer to finally eat them!

Daddy said they were tasty as Brax intently looks at the green eggs!

5 Days & counting.....

The much anticipated arrival of Hudson

is drawing to an end, only five more days left & he will be here!!!

I finally have gotten his room finished with the help

of a wonderful friend, Kim Airhart.

She has such a knack for decorating & does a wonderful job as you will see.

She & I spent an afternoon together last week and knocked out this project.

Take a look at the adorable pillow.

Thank you to great friend Heather for the special gift!

Kim & I had a great time together laughing, sharing ideas, shopping, decorating & just making great memories being silly women without our kids & hubby's.

It's always amazing how real we are with each other in times like this!

Anyhow, enough about us this is supposed to be about Hudson!!!

How about changing the bedding 10 days before he is due. That's what I did and I am ever so thankful for doing so because this looks great and the other stuff I had was cute but just didn't do it for me. Hudson's room is themed stars & airplanes and is perfect!!

Simple things like this I would have never thought of but are extremely cute!!

The teddy bear was given to Brax from our good friends the Russel's & my kind hearted son gave not only this bear but all his stuffed animals to his little brother, even Iggy his iguana which he has slept with for the past year and half. The adorable pilots hat is from Kim. How stinking cute!!!

Hudson's dresser & hutch are filled with many cute trinkets that were given to him from special people who already love him so much. One in particular is an old time Chicago Bears airplane which was my papa's (a very sentimental gift) and I am ever grateful to Evelyne for being so thoughtful in her giving! This will always be special to me and I will explain to Hudson just how cool this plane is & who it belonged to. Papa loved the Bears & to have this keepsake is absolutely incredible. I can't wait to share the stories of my papa with Hudson.

Anyhow, 5 days......

Where did the time go? I can not believe I am soon to be a mother of two boys!

WOW!!!! I look forward to seeing our family grow & become a family of four. Hudson already holds a special place in my heart but I know once I get my hands on him &actually look at him for the first time the love I have for Hudson will grow exponentially. I pray that my boys are the best of friends and will walk through life together being each others "go to guy."

A special thanks to Kim for helping me make Hudson's room perfect & thaks to all of you who have helped out along the way. I know many are anxiously awaiting to meet our new little guy. Most importantly thank you God for making this miracle happen and giving Jeremy & I another chance to parent child.

What a wonderful day it was!!!

Brax made this card and vase which have his finger prints on it as bumbles bees, flowers, caterpillers, & lady bugs. It is absolutely precious!!

We all slept in until 8:20 it was fabulous!!!! Once I awoke to see what time it was I just knew the day was going to be great because I had already received an awesome gift, the whole family slept in!!!! For all of the moms, you know how special that is!!!! When the three of us finally & then headed to church. After church we came home to get our new favorite toy, the jeep, and went to Gran's Grans house for lunch with all of the crew. Finally, we went swimming at Grandma & Grandpa's, what a way to end a wonderful day!

Mothers day is a special day to say thank you to your mom and all the moms in your life for all of the effort they put in to you over the years. A mother is someone special and until you have a child of your own you really do not have a clue what that feeling is nor do you appreciate EVERYTHING that a mom does. With that being said I would like to thank my Mom for always being there for me no matter what & loving me unconditionally. Your wonderful and I could not imagine a better mother!!! I love you sooooo much!!! I would also like to thank Joan, Evelyne, Granny, my Nanny & all of the my wonderful Aunts for being such an inspiration to me over the years. Ladies it is you who I learn from and strive to be just half the mother you all have been to me & your children. You all hold a special place in my heart and I love each & everyone of you more than words could ever express!!!

Easter 2011

Let me start by saying this Easter was quite fun & different!!! Brax got the Easter Bunny but he did not like him, however he did thoroughly enjoy making his bunny face which you see the both of us doing above. Brax is more smiling in this one but I was making my bunny face and I think that's what got B to make such an adorable smile!!!

We started off celebrating Easter at Nanny & Papa's house Saturday with all of the family. We had really good food and got to watch Lane & Brax hunt eggs & open their Easter beach bags all the while Easton ( Lane's little bro who is 3 months old) is just sleeping or possibly thinking what in the world are these people doing!!

Lane & Brax after the racked up on the egg hunt ( the Easter bunny fills his eggs with money at Nanny's house & I mean jack, I kind of wish I was a kid again) are patiently waiting on Nanny to bring their gifts from the Easter Bunny!

Look at the bucket and all of the eggs are filled with "ooohh moneey""" both boys would say when they opened each one.

Here is Brax Easter morning. Like I stated earlier he wasn't too sure about the bunny coming to his house so he & Hudson's Easter baskets had to be left on the front porch. It was so funny to see Brax look for & finally see his goodies. He was literally peeking through the windows and side glass of the front door when he stumbled across his stuff. He said "dad, he did come. The Easter bunny came and left my stuff on the porch." Priceless I tell you!!!

Now here is the different part of this Easter I was talking about. Just look at these fab 4...

DOES ANYTHING LOOK STRANGE TO YOU??????

Pictured above is Grandma, Nanny, Aunt Fay, & cousin Amanda all with their homemade Easter bonnets on. Carly, our niece had this wonderful idea to have all the woman make a bonnett and have a contest to see whose was the best. This spectacle was quite hysterical. Everyone who made a bonnet had to line up and walk the red carpet to show their bonnets to the judges. Grandma was doing her gun prance, Nanny was well I really do not know what you call her moves, Fay did her little Jig and Amanda of course strutted her Victoria Secret catwalk parade for everyone. WOW, is all I can say. I swear as the years go by it gets crazier & crazier!!!

Finally , the egg hunt at Granny's. Do the kids look ready to you?

Fay has this tradition to line the kids up to sing & dance their way out of Granny's garage before the great escape to the yard to find as many eggs as they can. Most of them just take off running once they make a few steps! The kids really love it they just have to act like they do not because some of them are getting older and too cool for that kind of stuff!!

Our new family member, Hudson, is scheduled to bless us with his arrival on Monday, May 16th. I can not believe it's just two weeks away. Hudson is much anticipated by all, especially his big brother Braxton. I just know that Brax is going to be the best big brother there is!!! He talks about Hudson all the time and is so genuine in doing so. Brax told me the other night while I was putting him to bed "mom, I love you and I love Hudson in your belly too." Talking about melting my heart!!! I guess that brotherly love truly starts at a very early age. Jeremy & I can not wait to watch the boys grow up together. Its going to to be so much fun!!!

Me, how am I doing..... Well let's just say I am not prepared like I want to be. Hudson's room is still in process, poor little guy!!! It's getting there though. I want everything to be perfect!! This stresses me out more than anything because there is so much to think about & do. It's overwhelming. I would have never imagined having a second child, especially of the same sex, would have created this much anxiety in me. I guess I was was wrong!!!! However, I know everything will work out and God has me along with all of us in His hands taking care of us & providing for us. I just need TRUST HIM MORE and let go of worrying about the small things. Hudson will be perfect and so will everything else. My pregnancy has been very good and I am very blessed for this fact. My weight gain has been great and so has my blood pressure thus far. We were kinda of worried with this because my blood pressure elevated post delivery last go around and my doctor was worried with my fluid retention in the last two weeks of pregnancy with Brax. But so far I am doing great. I just pray that it remains this way. Like I said before; God knows what HE is doing and HE IS IN CONTROL!!!

Jeremy has been a huge help & awesome dad throughout the past nine ( even though I know I have tried his patience many times), should I expected any less??? LOL!!!! Jeremy is so excited and I think a little worried too. He doesn't want me in the hospital by myself but I have tried to explain to him that our highest priority is stability & normalcy for Brax so I want him to take care of B as much as possible during our stay at Emory! Jeremy is SO LOVING & AWESOME!!! I am such a lucky woman!!! I can not wait to see Jer with two boys. I know our family will be even greater with Hudson!

So much to do in such little time...... We will see how how it all plays out!!!!!

For now, I am just thankful to God as HE is my savior and leader of my family. I am thankful for the many way in which God has blessed me with best husband there is and incredible little boy that makes my whole life perfect. I feel God has great plans for Hudson and our soon to be family of four!!! WOW family of four, Pretty cool!

What started this new thing was a boy at the park was doing a really good job flying his kite

& Mr. Brax wanted to do that to, so what do you know.....

Nanny bought him a kite at their next shopping adventure!!!!!

"Mom, lets fly my kite" is all I heard on a not so windy day, "great, I thought how am I, eight months pregnant, suppose to run with this kite to get it up in the air?"

Nevertheless, Brax did a fantastic job at flying his kite. He really enjoyed the so called "flying" (more so running) the kite a little in the air behind him. It was an awesome day & great to see my little guy enjoy something new!!!!

We have a new home!!!!

Here is our new home. It's still a work in progress but I wanted to post something about it.

We spent our first night here one week ago today, April 6th 2011. It has been quite interesting because the move has brought about many changes and LOTS of work! Needless to say all of us can not wait to have everything completed so we can rest & enjoy our lovely new place!

This is our dining room, quite frankly my favorite room in the house because of the color that I painted it. It reminds me of a great day at the beach and if you know me you know I love the beach!

The Kitchen..... I have yet to cook a meal in it and yes Jeremy has been so kind not to say anything. Hes such a great husband! Needless to say we have been eating out a lot and just making sandwiches & stuff. One day soon I am not going to have an excuse so I need to get ready and start cooking again!

The house has been ours for almost a month. We started working on it before we moved in. It needed some cosmetic work done & then we also wanted to add things to make it "ours." These things ( Painting the interior & exterior of the home, repairing & painting the deck, building a pantry, all new kitchen appliances & a backsplash, major yard work & some other little stuff ) have been quite the task to handle amongst having furniture delivered & trying to get in and put our things up has proven to be hard work but it will pay off a thousand times over in the near future! There will be more to come once we are little more settled......

We have thoroughly enjoyed our first week here and look forward to many years ahead!

Braxton & Luke!

BEST BUDDIES!!!!!!!!

Luke is one of our neighborhood friends. Braxton & Luke are the same age( Luke is a May Boy and Brax is June) and get along fabulous. We LOVE to go to Luke's to play. I usually hear "mom, can I ride my bike to Luke's house at least four times a day!" Luke's house is the central zone for all of us to play, I say all of us as because the parents hang out to, we always have our very own block party!!!

Kristy & Joe, Luke's parents are great. We really love this family. Luke has a little sister, Reese which is almost 7 months old (she & have the same birthday). I always joke around with Kristy by calling her Mrs Popularity because she knows everyone and is just one of the sweetest individuals I have ever met! Kristy was the first person that watched Braxton for me other than family & school, she will tell you I was a nervous wreck leaving him because this was shortly after his separation anxiety ended! He was a champ & had a blast! The above pictures are from the last time is from when B stayed with them literally all day & even fell asleep at their house while I was dealing with the cable guys at our new house.

This is the normal picture, the boys riding their bikes down he street! Brax & Luke are so cute they usually are having a conversation while riding down the road! who knows what they are really talking about but its serious business! One day we heard them talking about their dads, hmmm.... I thought that didn't start until later in life?

I am so glad we met The Mullvain's. they have been great neighbors and our hope is to be life long friends to watch our kids grow up together. God has really blessed us with their friendships. I will truly miss having them right up the road and hearing Brax say Mom, can I ride my bike to Luke's? We have promised each other to keep play-dates & to make sure the boys still see each other on a regular basis, I think this is for the boys but also for Kristy & I to as we really have became good friends!

Braxton doesn't stand a chance!!!!!

Joan, Braxton's grandma, is so funny!! She loves to do silly things that only grandparents can do! She has a few issues, I will call them!! I love you Joan, but it's true, you do!! LOL!!!

One of them is "the hat thing!" As you can see it was a sunny day ( all sunny days require a hat)and B just had to have a hat on! This is actually one of the more normal ones. Brax has told on Grandma (yes that's right he has told on grandma) & we have caught her doing some pretty CRAZY things to our BOY, like putting barrettes in his hair and so much hair spray that he looks like he belongs in the 80's!!! YIKES!! The excuse, his hair is in his eyes and it's bothering him! One day he had her curlers in his hair, yep the old fashion snap-in pink squishy curlers. Most likely the same ones that she wore to take Jer & Jason to school,when they were kids which I know they hated per their stories!! Like I said, I love you Joan & I promise I am not making fun of you, well maybe just a little but these are just a few of the things that are just too funny not to be published somewhere for Brax to remember!!!

Anyhow, Braxton loves his Grandma & Grandpa even with all the quirky things they do to him!

We love & appreciate all you do, and especially all these super silly things that make for GREAT CONVERSATION!!!

The shark that you see had goldfish in it! There is no telling how long she was on the table as when I told her to get down she walked around the table extremely stressed out and finally got down after some serious coaching!

Braxton's first School performance

Creekside holds an annual spring performance for all classes two years & older.

This was Braxton's first performance and to watch him along with all of the two years olds was just precious!

This years theme was

Children Around the World.

Each class made t-shirts to help represent the country they were displaying.

The actual performance consisted of 4 songs that were from each nation which the childrensang and did movements to that help us parents know what the song was about!

It's amazing what you can get a group of two year olds to do!

"He's got the whole world in His hands" was the song that went with this picture. It was cute to see how each child did the motions & how they each were so in tune with their performance. Some cried but most did a very good job standing on stage in front of a huge audience of proud parents! Jeremy & I were on the front row and I think I had tears in my eyes, shhhh don't tell anyone!

This was such a great moment for us. I was very anxious to see Brax and how he would do, especially with us in the front row and at least a 100 people in the gym, but he rocked it out!

Friday night dates already????

We had a play-date with a few of our small group friends. Brax totally loved the fact that he was the only boy, oh my this is not a good sign! The kids all played very well together and even were all about taking pictures! Imagine that! Above is Braxton with Maddy who is one and Briley is two and half.

Brax really wanted to have his picture made with Maddy, I had to tell him to be easy he literally was almost choking her! Maddy is a real trooper!!!

B still has the hold on Maddy but now look at how she has her hand on his leg, too sweet!

Briley was making a tooting noise and I just had to take this pic as her mom had never seen her do this. Of course by Briley doing this the other kids had to copy!

Overall it was a great night of fellowship with good friends! Its so nice to be blessed with good families that are fun to be around and all have kids that adore each other!

What in the world?!?!?

Can we say two unhappy campers....

We (Brax, Hayes, Mimi(Kim's mom, Kim, Kate, & myself) were over at our new house trying to decide on what colors to paint the interior. Braxton & Hayes were playing while we were walking around paying attention but not real close attention when all of a sudden both of them screamed! I had never heard Brax cry the way he did at that moment and needless to say Hayes wasn't much better. So all of the adults ran around the corner to find a cloud of some sort which turned out to be water & cold water at that, thank God! Turns out they were in the laundry room and had tured on the washer faucet which sprayed them both directly in the face.

Kim, Mimi and I were all in shock at first but the second we saw that the kids were ok Kim and I laughed hysterically!!! Great moms, yeah I know! Both of them just creid and were soaking wet! It literally scared them so bad & us to until we figured out all was well!

Barnum & Bailey Ringling Brothers Circus!

We took Braxton to the circus for the first time and we all had a very good afternoon. B loved to the tigers & elephants. He constantly asked where are the tigers, mom?

The show was very well put on however we were disappointed with the few number of acts that involved animals. Jeremy and I remember (well at least we think we remember because it's been YEARS ) seeing many more animal acts.

The fact that Brax loved it and that's who we were there for made it a perfect day!

PRICELESS!!!

Brax wanted binoculars and as you can see he knew just what to do with them. This was hysterical because when either Jer or myself would look over at him he would be looking in his binoculars & snacking on popcorn, a true tourist s what he looked like!! He liked these more than his light spin around toy!

Daddy & Brax had a wonderful time sharing popcorn and animal cup filled snow cones, that were $11 each, OMG what is the circus thinking!!!! Anyhow, it was a great afternoon spent together and we loved watching Brax have a good time!

This was an awesome time....I am a huge fan of Darius Rucker, I love his music so when Karen offered up free tickets to the concert I was the first to jump on board! As you can most likely tell Brad paisley was the main show but to me Darius was much better!!!

The group consisted of Karen, Katie, Amber, Carly(this was her first concert ever & I am so glad I got to take her) Josh, and myself! Poor Josh the only guy with all of us crazy women!!

Anyhow, Darius & Brad were great & like I said we had a lot of fun!

Girls Night with Carrie Underwood!!!

Jesus Take the Wheel....

So A few of us girls went to an amazing show put on by Carrie Underwood. Our seats, as you can see, were phenomenal thanks to Karen!! We could literally throw something

and hit Carrie!! WOW!!!

The show was very personal & real and to me that's what made it so good!!

Carrie sang a great variety of both old and new stuff and spoke to the audience

on a very personal level. Very cool!

Our group was quite diverse but so fun!! Here you see two veterans,

Karen & myself along with sweet Katie, oh how she has grown up!!

It was really cool for me to go to this type of event with her.

We had a blast!!!

Another very important piece to our group was Kassie & Grace. This was Graces's very first concert and it was priceless to witness her reactions & behavior. Grace had a tendency to stick with Katie & Amber as they are the cool teenagers who she admires!!! Grace did not stop talking the entire time leading up to Carrie taking stage,

it was so neat to see her excitement and be a part of this moment.

Let's just say the money I paid to go this concert was worth every penny due to Amber...

Billy Carrington opened for Carrie and I think that Amber was more excited that she was going to get to see her dream man(Billy) than Carrie Underwood. I got to witness a 17 year old girls' crush!! Hands waving, screaming, hands over the mouth & almost in tears, chanting "Billy, Billy please wave to me." All of this was so funny and well worth every dollar and minute spent that night. One of Billy's Guitar players looked & waved to Amber and I thought she was going to pass out!! Too Funny yet so memorable!

Jeremy & I joined a small group at church about a year & half ago and these people have become another family to us. We all get along great and more importantly we truly love one each for who we are. This group of people have truly become our good friends who we can trust with anything. It's amazing how God put this group together and more so how we have grown over the past year & half.

Tonight, we all went to Grouplink to get more couple to add to our madness and then we went out to PF Changs for dinner. We all had a great time and will remember this night for years to come, Kimberly!!!!! We look forward to having many more outings like this one and walking this journey we call life together for years to come. I love you all dearly!!!

It's official, Braxton loves to hunt and yes he's only 2 & half years old!!

Here is Braxton's first squirrel he killed in the woods behind grandma & grandpa's house. He is so proud if it and looks really cute holding it in his camo or hunting clothes as he calls them!

He loves to go hunting with his Grandpa, so far he has been three times and just can't get enough of it!! This is a great action shot in the woods, wow, what a serious hunter!!!

We had a girls night out that was much needed. Trisha, Allie, Heather, & I all went to the thrashers game this past Sunday night. It had been several years since I had been to a game and needless to say I want to go back. However, I am not sure if it was due to the ladies that I was with, the really great seats we had( the kids around us were able to get High 5's from players while they entered & exited the locker room, it was great to see the children's eyes light up!) or listening to Trisha yell "come on Kane" in this voice like none other. She, much less we, had no idea about any of the players but Trisha pointed Kane out & rolled with it!

It was hilarious!

We all had a great time together. It's always a pleasure hanging out with these ladies. Allie & Heather are two of my oldest & dearest friends, we go way back to middle school!!! Trisha, I met through Allie which we just became instant friends from the start! I love you girls & I thank God that you all are in my life!! I look forward to many more years together!!!

Valentines Day was a lot of fun we were low key but Braxton is so involved with everything it just makes it extra special! First thing Monday morning when B woke up he came into our room and told me "Mommy I have a card for you, remember?" It was so sweet and he was so excited to give it to me. He & Jer had put it in my nightstand drawer so he could easily get it in case Jer wasn't there to assist! Needless to say Brax did it all by himself! Mr. Independent is an understatement for this kid. All of this was followed with these sweet words, "Happy Balentines Mom!!!" Too sweet!! What a great way to start the day!

The days activities were planned, Brax & I had to get busy with Daddy's valentines things to make sure Jeremy's evening was filled love and happiness!!! So B and I made a steak dinner and Jeremy's favorite peanut butter cookies for desert! These were no ordinary cookies though. We made heart shape cookies which Braxton decorated with red & pink icing and sprinkles!!! Braxton loves to make cookies!!! Bax also picked out a baseball box of chocolates for dad and he wrote daddy's name on the card with the purple marker, it had to be the purple one!!!

We ended the night with Brax getting his gift, a Nerf gun!! He loves it & now we hear "let's shoot, where are my bullets, mom?" It is a real joy to see the eyes of Brax light up over such small things, like helping make dinner & drawing on his cards to each of us and more importantly telling both Daddy & I, "Happy Balentines day and I love you!!!" I will always remember these days and the special things that Brax does to make us smile and love him that much more!!!

This was Braxton's first time eating sushi & it looks like it's confirmed,

he is our child after all!!! Just kidding but this only makse it better!

Jer & I love sushi, it's our favorite meal to eat out & we are thrilled that Brax likes it to. Here you see Brax taking a bite of California Roll & the other roll he really likes is Super Crunch (he really likes the crunchies) it's kind of sick how excited I am about this but I just can't help it!!! Hopefully Brax will continue to experiment with food as he grows!!

Falcons vs Packers

Falcons make it to the NFC Championship!!!!

Jeremy and I had a date night, we went to see the Falcons vs. Packers which was the NFC Championship game. We had the best seats in the house, 50 yard line 20 rows back, and right in the middle, doesn't get much better than that!!!

This was a tough game for us because we are both Falcon & Packer fans so it was really exciting to see these two play. We were essentially pulling for the Falcons because they are the hometown team but we weren't routing against the packs either... Funny how things turn out!!!

The game was a total loss for the dirty birds, we along with the majority of the crowd left before the 3rd quarter was over. We have no idea what happen to the Falcons except the Packs put a good old beat down on them. Even though the game was a blowout it was fun for Jer and I to get to go a playoff game and spend the night together. Thanks Jer for a great time.

Truly Blessed

It was a special night in our house last night. We had our first family movie night and it was a big hit! We ordered pizza, cut up apples, watched Despicable Me, & popped popcorn. It was literally one of the most fun nights I have had in a long time. We had dinner picnic style in the living room. Brax was a huge help in preparing for the festivities he had to get the pizza from the pizza man, place our napkins on the blankets where each of us were to sit and most importantly bring our food to us, he's such a little helper. The movie was cute but no match to the adorable ways Brax chose to sit and of course how he wanted to serve both daddy and I are dinner & popcorn. I am so grateful for my little man and his kindness, Brax is truly an amazing kid and I am glad to say he's ours!

Tonight was special and I will always remember it. I think that this will become a tradition in our house, it was so much fun! Thank you God for a great family and for the love that we have for one another. God, you have truly blessed each of us and we can not thank You enough!!!

Joshua "Hudson" Glaze!!!

Our newest addition, Hudson, is growing fast in my belly!!!!

We are so excited to have another child on the way. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant & feeling every bit of it. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our little guy! The picture above is my 12 week sonogram & the bottom one is my 18 week, which is when we found out that we were having another boy!! Two boys running wild in just a short time, WHEW, it's going to be CRAZY, but oh so much fun!!!

Everything is going really well this far. Hudson is steadily growing and the doctors say that all looks good. Thank the great Lord above! My due date is May 22nd but I will most likely have him somewhere around the 13th due to me having a c-section.

We will be delivering at Emory Johns Creek where Brax was born.

Hudson is named after Jeremy's cousin Joshua, hence, Joshua Hudson. We will be calling him Hudson so things aren't confusing. I will be doing his room in stars & airplanes and I am so ready to begin this project, I hope he likes it and it turns out well.

We spent a lot of time over at aunt Faye & Uncle Frank's house during the snow storm.

The whole gang was there and we got really creative building snow ramps and trying new things on random items in the snow. Of course Brax was the smallest guy there but you would have never known because he was doing just what all the teenage boys were doing!! Check out Braxton jumping the ramp, I think we may have ourselves an Olympic sledder in training!!!

WINTER STORM

2011!!!

2011 started out with a real a punch as you can see,

I mean it doesn't snow like this in GA, EVER!!!

Needless to say we took full advantage of the white stuff. We played outside in our yard the first day of the entire week that the state was paralyzed by snow!

We had 6 inches of snow at our house, that hasn't happened in years!!

Brax was adamant about eating the snow but once he say mama do it then he jumped right in! He thought it was hilarious..... He would march around the yard from thing to thing and put his mouth on it and just laugh!!!

Late Monday evening we decided to take a family walk around the neighborhood since walking was our only means of transportation due to the roads being completely impassable, Crazy but so much fun!!! Duchess & Brax were checking on the horses in this pic.

We have a horse farm behind our house and B loves to see what the horses are up to. Needless to say they were not out and we did not see them for days!!!

The CRAZY Glazes'

The title of this blogs fits not only the pictures but also our family!

We are truly crazy and when you get all of us together. Something interesting is destined to happen and this time was no different.....

It was Christmas eve and all through Uncle Dan & Aunt Donna's house ran the Glaze bunch, we were all hungry for food and to find the next activity for the day. When what do you know, the game of Dirty Santa came our way.... There was a jelly fruit roll, Styrofoam airplane, poop freeze and fireworks were just a few of the gifts given. When the game was finally over you could see the minds of the Glaze men racing trying to configure what to do next. When all of sudden Jason said "give me that airplane & those fireworks and

c'mon guys let's go"

and what do you know, we end up with a fireworks show!!!

As you've seen in the pictures above all them men came up with the idea "let's fly an airplane with fireworks attached to it." It was a barrel of laughs because we all knew who was going to hold and yes that would be Jason and no the plane did not go far!! But the facial expressions along with all of the laughs were priceless and again we were left with yet another great Glaze experiment!!!

Carly & Grandma, not sure if Grandma is scared and trying to kidnap Car from the madness or if she is just snuggling up to her. Whatever the reason be,

it sure made for a cute Kodak moment!

WOW!!!

Look What Santa left....

Braxton absolutely loved handing out every one's gifts. He had waited so long to do this and he was so proud to finally get to give both dad & I our gifts that he had purchased at school.

Santa was so nice to eat Braxton's Peanut butter cookies & drink all the milk. Santa even wrote a letter to Brax and drew his picture on it. Braxton was very pleased with all of this and he was even more excited about how Santa left a "mess" in his chair at the table. Braxton could hardly believe Santa had set in his chair to eat when he visited our house and better yet Santa left cookie crumbs all in the chair, which Brax thought was the coolest thing, he told everyone that day that Santa made a MESS in my chair!!!!

Brax was singing this as he played his new guitar that Santa left for him.

That song is one of his favorites, he and Jer sing it together all the time. Jer usually plays guitar while Brax sings but now they both Play & sing!!

Even Duchess opened presents!!!

I am opening the Braxton's gift while is explaining to me that he bought this for me at school and how he went shopping for it.

It was a precious gift. He bought me a bracelet along with a plate that says:

Mom, I will always hold you dear to my heart!

Braxton is opening his stocking and you can see how excited he was with the M & M's that were in there. I will have to say Duchess looks pretty intrigued as well. I think she was trying to figure out how she can get her paws on them!!!

He loves it but is not quite sure of himself on it. We have to push him around while explaining as well as showing him how to use the pedals. He currently uses the pedals to rest his feet!! He's got great form but it just hasn't all come together yet but together we'll figure it out!!!

Getting Ready for Santa......

Christmas Eve brought many activities in order

to prepare for Santa's big visit....

First, we had to make Santa his favorite peanut butter cookies...

Next, came throwing the Reindeer food on the lawn so Santa & the reindeer knew exactly where to land. The reindeer really enjoyed their food per Santa's letter that he left.

Braxton is working hard on Santa's letter that he had to leave with his cookies & milk. Brax drew Santa's sleigh, a Christmas tree, reindeer and even wrote him a little note with lots of swirls & lines. Daddy helped Brax with some of the more complicated pictures, they both did a great job and I know Santa really liked the letter.

Here is the finished product of P-butter cookies & milk. This was Brax & I's project for the night. He helped make & place the cookies on the plate. He even pored Santa's milk in a special Santa coffee mug.

We have decided to make all of these activities a tradition at our house, we started them last year and enjoyed it so much that we plan to do them for years to come. We finish out the night by gathering together in Braxton's room and dad reads Twas Night Before Christmas along with the The Christmas Story from the Bible. We really want Brax to know what Christmas is all about and we feel that these are good ways to teach him that family & love are far more important than presents. We also teach him that Jesus was the ultimate gift that God gave us. We thank God for the birth of his beautiful Son that did and continues to do so much for us each & everyday of our lives.

Christmas at Nanny & Papa's

We had a wonderful time at Nanny & Papa's for Christmas.

We had a yummy not-so-traditional dinner which

was fabulous; Brats. Kraut, slaw, & sweet potato fries!!!

This December has been one of the best for our family. Braxton was able to really get into the whole Christmas idea, so we took full advantage of that!! We spent a lot of time throughout the month doing festive things & spending time with our families.

It was truly great and I am so thankful for it all!!

Yes, that is a Starbucks cup and there is "Hot cocolate" in it as Brax says.

One evening Brax & I picked up dinner & decided to swing by Starbucks to get Jer his favorite drink and so we just made it a family drink night!! Brax thoroughly enjoyed his Starbucks!!

Ok, its just a cup and I made him Hot Chocolate when we got home!

Braxton just had to get Duch some antlers after seeing them on a very small dog while at the nights of lights so when we Brax went to buy her a Christmas gift he picked these up for her to make sure she was in the Christmas spirit!!!

This was a craft that he & I did one cold day! It was so much fun that dad even put the finishing touches on them that night!!!!

Breakfast with Santa

Breakfast with Santa was a real treat this year....

As you can see Brax was not real thrilled about the situation but he did it!!!

He was sooooo funny! He was crying but not really, a fake cry was all it was.

He knew he must sit on Santa's lap to tell him what he wanted for Christmas and he did just that. Brax reluctantly went to him and sat there giving good old Santa these funny looks while crying and then Brax throws in there,

"I, I , wan, want, wan,t a, bi, bicy, bicycle, and a guitaaaarrrr!!!"

This was the funniest thing that I think Jer & have witnessed in a long while from Brax. We could not help ourselves but to laugh and of course tell Brax how great he did with Santa.

After the whole charade of things Brax was proud of himself, He said, "I sit in Santas's lap!"

Here is another one of Braxton's faces, as you can see it was not total child abuse as he is not really crying like I said earlier. He is just very unsure of the situation!!

Meanwhile, Hayes is like, "dude what's the face for and who is this guy that we are sitting on?!"

Overall it was a great morning spent with Santa and great friends, Chris & Hayes. We all had a good time and were left with fond memories.

Magical Night of Lights

How sweet is Brax. We were touring the lights and he would stick his head out the window because he saw other children doing so. He thought is was so cool!! I just happen to take this pic and needless to say it is one of my favorites, ever!!!

The entire family went to the magical nights of lights, yep even good old duchess. Brax really likes taking her along for the ride where ever we maybe going and how can one resist?

At the end of light tour there is "Santa's Village which includes a carnival type atmosphere, Santa's Workshop, and a fire pit for people to get warm. As you can see Brax took full advantage of the activities.

Brax & Black Diamond

My fearless child who will do almost anything.

Like I stated earlier, my child has no fear when it comes to doing things......

He saw the ferris wheel and said and I quote, "I want to ride that" while pointing directly to the huge wheel of lights!!! As you can see he won but not without a good bit of hesitation from both dad & I. Jeremy had to take him because I was not dressed appropriately, No bogan or coat.

I planned that one well, didn't I?

The ferris wheel and Jer said it was shady!!!

Brax kept trying to look down at me and Jer had to literally pull him down and put the Dad clamp on him so he wouldn't fall out. When it was time to get off, Brax pitched a fit, all he wanted to do was keep riding!!!

Christmas is our families favorite time of the year.

Jeremy would seriously put decorations up & get a tree in July

if there were trees to be bought.

Needless to say, when the time finally comes, it's like having two kids in a candy store!!!

I love it!!!!

We went to a small Christmas tree patch to find the perfect tree.

It was so cute as Brax & Jer were truly on the prowl for the perfect one.

As you can see they found a good tree & could not get away from it!!!

Brax could not wait to get the tree home so he could put his new Toy Story, Cars, & Charlie Brown ornaments on the tree. He was so excited, that was all he talked about on our way home and we had to literally move him out of the way as Jer & I put the lights on!

Post Thanksgiving in Sky Valley

Ok, so as usual we spend the weekend after turkey day with the Glaze family in Sky Valley and as always it was such a treat this year!! As the years pass & the kids get older we discover new things to do and the memories get better & better!!!

Sky Valley Waterfall

Every time we go to Sky Valley now we must got to the waterfall and go on a hike

as Braxton Loves to throw rocks into the water and climb the big rocks!! It makes for a great couple of hours especially when its nice enough to have a picnic at the base of the falls!!

Black Friday.....

SHOPPING, SHOPPING, & more SHOPPING!!!!!

Just how many stores can we get to

& what all can we buy!?!?

Every year since I can remember I have went shopping on Black Friday.

It is a tradition for my mom & I to get out at the wee hours of the morning to hustle & bustle around town just buying up tons of stuff!!

IT'S FUN and I LOVE IT!!!

For the past two years Carly, my niece, has joined us which hasadded to the excitement!

She is 14 & loves to shop. Really she just likes to hang with me & mom!!

We really love her being with us too!!

As you can see we did a pretty good job at buying things.

We completely filled my trunk & back seat with goodies.

We hit the road at 5:30 am & finished shopping around 1:30,

which makes us CRAZY in most peoples eyes!

I think why I love this so much is the fact it is a tradition & it's something that only mom & I and now Carly do. It's like our special time together and I will always cherish this.

Thanksgiving started off with a feast at school this year. It was so cute!!

The feast was held in the gym so we could have lunch with other classes. The kids got to march to the gym all dressed up in their festive ware, T-shirts, hats & necklaces. It was so cool to be in the gym and have the kids walk in to see mom & dad, their faces just light up and they come at you full speed ahead. I love it!!!!

Wyatt's birthday Party!!

Wyatt is one of Braxton's class mates and probably his best friend!

Brax always talks about Wyatt and come to find out Wyatt does the same!

When we met Wyatt's dad, the first thing out of Bob's mouth was

so this is Braxton, we hear a lot about him!

Wyatt turned three in the beginning of October and we

celebrated with him, his parents, & some of his other friends!

They did a really great job with a dinosaur themed party and lots of fun games!!

Braxton & I would like to say thank you to a wonderful man. He is the backbone of our family and we would not know what to do without him!!! Jer, you are an amazing father, friend, & person and like the title of the blog says, there will never be enough words to express our love & gratitude that we have for you. Jer, you make all things possible for us and we appreciate it more than you will ever know. You are a great role model and I hope & pray that Brax will be just like you when he grows up. Your heart is so big and your love for God is breathtaking. This love flows deeply to us as well as all who surround you. You truly are one of the most genuine & sincere people I have ever known and I am so glad that you are my best friend, not to mention my husband!! I am one lucky lady who has the best of the best & it's all because of you and how you take care of us. We love you so very much. Please know that we try our very best to love you, take care of you, & show you our appreciation of all the wonderful things you do & give to us on a daily basis. Hillcrest Orchards

Hillcrest Orchards is one of our favorite fall trips that we started last year and will continue for years to come!!! The usual crew went, Kim, Carly, Arieal (one of Carly's friends) Reed, Will, Maddie, Braxton, and of course me! We had so much fun!!

This year Brax was much more active in the petting zoo as you can see in the pictures!! He loved the goats and the chickens and even the baby calf. Brax was amazed at the baby chicks. I had to be very careful with him and these chicks cause Lord knows I didn't want a sudden death to take place!! Yikes!!!

We went on a wagon ride, walked the orchard, slid down the huge slide, played on the playgrounds, and spent most of our time chasing the animals around. Not to mention we had the excellent snacks at the end of the afternoon, out of this world doughnuts, caramel apples & apple cider, yummm!!!

I really enjoyed watching Brax interact with all the animals. It's cool to see how he wants to feed them and pet them and even pick them up!! What a kid!! At one point Brax said "look Mommy, the goat is eating your shoe" and what do you know, the goat had my shoestring in his mouth and talking about nasty. The shoestring was gross when I finally got it out of the goats mouth!!! All of the kids really enjoyed themselves and were very well behaved which makes for an even better trip!

Last year it was Maddie who chased the chickens around trying to take them home with her, while she still tried this year Brax was more on the hunt this time!! He chased that mama chicken around trying to get it for a long time. This was quite entertaining!!! At first he was a little adamant about it but before I knew it the chicken was in tow and that's all she wrote!!!

Maddie was checking out the goat who was just chilling on the porch, it amazes me how tame these animals are.

Here chicky chicky, I am coming for you..... I got you!!!!

Aunt Kim was being mauled by a goat, these goats sure know what food is and boy they will do their best to get every last piece of it without sharing with any of their other goat friends.

Now here is a serious conversation taking place while sitting on the tire seats. Lord only knows what was really going on their heads!!!

Braxton's School Halloween Party

Braxton's school, Creekside Christian Academy hosts an annual Halloween parade that is just adorable. Every child is encouraged to dress up & each class parades around the church in front of all the proud parents, even the babies which were too sweet!! They were rolled out in a crib and they were standing holding onto the sides, Priceless!!!

Halloween proved to be much fun and very festive for our family. I as well Jer & Brax had a wonderful time with all of our friends. I think this may have been the beginning of a Glaze tradition as Braxton is already talking about his next Halloween party!!!

This year we decided to go all out and give Brax a Halloween party. It was fantastic!! We invited the neighborhood & small group friends. Everyone had a great time hanging out and watching the kids play together dressed up in their costumes, it was fabulous!!!

Pumpkins, pumpkins, & more pumpkins

So tis the season of pumpkins!!!! It is officially here and we have kicked it off with lots of excitement. Nanny & Papa took Lane and Braxton to Burt's Pumpkin Farm and I really do not know who had more fun, the boys or Nanny & Papa?!?! Brax was so excited about his pumpkin that he got to buy, well I am not sure if it was the pumpkin or coke he had for a mid morning snack that papa gave him and sent Jer & I a picture of at 11:15 Satuday morning.. Well all we could say was "that's just what grandparents do!!!"

Reed and Brax looking at the finished product, Brax had never seen a lit pumpkin. This was our first annual pumpkin carving day! When I lit the pumpkin Brax ran from the sidewalk assumed the postion you see and said WOW!!! This was priceless.

Jer took on the task of carving and as you can see he did a great job!!!

So we decided to have Reed & Will spend the night with us so they could take part in the pumpkin carving festivites. All the boys loved it. Every minute of it, from picking the perfect one in the pumpkin patch to taking the pumpkin's guts out( well not so much everyone in this part Will & I had to do this, imagine that!!! Three other boys said "eeewww, gross I am not sticking my hand it that" I just had to laugh so I had to do the majority of this part!!! To funny!!!!

Brax was telling Daddy where to cut the top, he meant business as you can see the finger pointing to a specific spot. I think I even heard him say "Daddy, right there!!!" Brax is quite the direction giver and I have no idea where he gets it from!!!

Well it's safe to say that Brax loves sports. We enrolled him in an instructional based sports program called "Sports Tykes" and he loves it as well as Coach Shannon!!!

Sports Tykes is a 13 week program offered to preschoolers and it teaches them the basic skills of basketball, t-ball, football, & soccer. Coach Shannon is great with the kids, can you imagine trying to teach a group of two year olds sports? She has many techniques tothe children grasp the concept of each sport. Brax really got basketball, he loves to "feed Mr. Net!"

The first three weeks the kids are learning basketball and might I say Brax can shoot, unlike me in my basketball days!! Anyhow, we are all looking forward to the rest of the program and to see how Braxton fares in the rest of the activities.

Back to School Time

Brax started school today(8/19) and it was quite different than last year. My big boy walked right in his class, gave me a kiss, and started to color with his friends!! Last year he was screaming, I guess he has really grown up.

On the first day it was Louis, one of his buddies, bday. The kids got to eat cookies & ice cream and Louis gave all the kids one of those blow stick toys, I really have no idea what they are called but it was hilarious seeing Bax use the toy. His cheeks were full of air and his eyes would almost cross & look as if they were going to pop right out of his head. To hear Brax say Louis is something else. It is so cute he says it in two long syllables!!! He was in the car on the way home singing "Happy birthday to Lou------is!!!!"'

Brax has been in school for now almost a month (how I am so far behind). We started carpool 3 weeks ago, where the teachers get you out of the car in the morning and put you in the car in the afternoon, like elementary school kids do. The first day we did this I only picked him up, I was so anxious that I had tears in my eyes in the carpool line, I have no idea why. I guess it was just the fact that my little man is getting really big. To see him walk out of school with a teacher and wait on me to pick him up in line was crazy!!! Anyhow, maybe that was my emotional school story and that will not happen again until he graduates, yeah right who am I trying to kid!!!!

Well now carpool is no big deal for the both of us of course, praise God!! Brax even says "Mommy, you drop me off at school?" and I answer "yes & I will pick you up after school." Heck one day this week Brax said "no, you not pick me up." At least I know he likes school and I thank God for this as well Creekside & all of it's teachers. They are such a blessing to our family. They take great care of Braxton and we just love them all.
