Prayers!!!

Today was an ordinary day and then the night fell......

Brax had just gotten out of the bath and went potty. Our routine is bath potty, sit on our counter to brush his teeth, dry his hair and put lotion on. This night was all the same; very routine and then.... I was getting the hair dryer and when I looked back Brax was just sitting there on the counter with his hands together, eyes closed saying something in a low voice and then he said "Amen. " It took a second but then It hit me, Brax was talking to God. WOW!!!!! Almost two and he is saying his prayers. This just thrilled me and nearly brought tears to my eyes then and is doing the same thing as I write about it.

This just proves that kids do know God and are very receptive to what we as their parents are teaching them. I was elated to witness this and I will forever hold this moment near & dear to my heart!
