A visit with Pops & Cookie!!

Today we headed to Demorest to see Pops & Cookie. This is my papa & grandmother. It's Valentines and their anniversary, how cool to get married on this day! We all had a really nice time and Braxton was quite the entertainment, as always! He & Pops were reading his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse books together and then Braxton & Cookie were playing peek-a-boo. Braxton also sang for them, he loves to sing and might I add it is precious. He chose to sing "I'll Fly Away" for them and they could not get enough of it! Our time with them was great and we are looking forward to going back real soon!

Snow Mania!!!

It snowed again today..... the second time in a month in GA, What???
The weather here is crazy this year but we are loving it.
Braxton, Duchess and myself made a little snowman and had a blast playing in it. Duchess went crazy and Brax totally thought she was insane. He laughed so hard at her running around chasing the snow. Duchess would kick up snow when she ran and then I would throw snowballs at her and she would try to bite them. You would have thought Braxton was going to pee his pants he was laughing so hard at all of this (he probably did considering he is still in a diaper)!! Daddy was the photographer in all of this and thank goodness cause he took some really great pictures. I think we had about 3 to 4 inches of snow and that hasn't happened in I do not know when. It was a great time. I even showed Bman how to make a snow angel!! I love having a little kid, it gives me an excuse to do all the quirky fun things that they get to do again!!!

GA Aquariarum

We went to the Aquarium with Heather and Hoyt today and we had a blast!!! Braxton & Hoyt walked around the place as if they owned it. It was so cute to watch them explore and take in all the sights & sounds. These boys are pretty courageous too. They wanted to touch everything & I mean everything. At the sting ray & shark pool, I thought Braxton was going to swim with fish as he was so intrigued by them and the water. I kept telling Heather I won't be surprised if goes head first into the pool. All Brax wanted to do was touch the sting rays it was great. Then when we found another interactive pool, he was right there in the midst of the anemones trying to get those as well. The boys really had a great time and were very good too. Braxton & Hoyt both walked around the entire place like big boys.

Sticker, sticker, everywhere!!!!

Braxton's new thing is stickers. He loves them!!! We can not keep enough around the house to keep him satisfied! He likes to put them in all types of fun places. He puts them in his hair, on his shirt, on his chair, on our chairs, in the kitchen, on the floor, on the entertainment center glass, basically everywhere!! I am constantly finding them in new places and wow, how I have a new love for stickers, NOT!!!!

Valentines seems to be fun!!!!

This morning I was doing some things around the house and Brax was playing and watching his favorite, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. When I finally decided to engage myself with him he was sitting in his chair with hearts in his hair and holding a few ohters trying to stick them on his face and chair!! He had gotten his Valentine bag that he made at school the previous day and pulled off all the heart stickers to do what he wanted with them. He loves stickers and I guess Valentines too!!

Superbowl!!!

We had a little superbowl party which was great fun!! The Airhart's (Chris, Kim & Hayes), the Russell's (Jason, Heather & Hoyt) and the Dinsmore's (Josh & Karen) joined us for football and pizza. It was so much fun to have all them over and to watch Braxton, Hoyt, and Hayes play. The kids are really a joy. We got to see them be the crazy boys that God created them to be. By the end of the night Hoyt & Brax were jumping off Bmans stool and pushing each other out of the way to see who was going to go next! Hayes loved Brax's Cozy Coupe, not to mention how durn cute he looked in it!!!
